Mixed Choir of Estonian Public Broadcasting Tallinn, Estonia

The Mixed Choir of Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR) came together in the spring of 2008 with the aim of taking part in the jubilee edition of the national song festival in 2009. Almost all of the choir members are working for ERR or are in one way or another professionally involved with the broadcaster.

In addition to singing at the song festival, the choir regularly performs at ERR events and often takes part at the Association of Mixed Choirs’ advent concerts and special events. A special appearance was made in December 2011 at the ending ceremony of the Culture Capital of Europe 2011 in Tallinn before an audience of several thousand people.

The choir`s conductors are Hirvo Surva and Valter Soosalu.
