Conditions of participation

Festival de Coros

  • Each choir shall cover their transport, accommodation, catering costs out of their own means and other costs including bus drivers and their own choir guide.
  • The Parade Registration Fee is: 10 EUR per a singer in a foreign choir, 25 $ (Argentina pesos) per a singer in an Argentina choir.
  • The Registration Fee includes: performing one or more concerts in Tandil and, eventually, in cities in a range of 100 km (transport covered by choirs); free access to all concerts and all festival activities; a Certificate of participation and festival guide.
  • The organisers reserve the right to invite choirs from their choise at any moment.
  • The organisers reserve the rights of ensuring accommodation and meal for the Festival participants. The organisers reserve the rights in connection with the use of video and audio recordings of the Festival activities¨.

Deadline for festival applications May 31, 2013.

Applications should have enclosed:

- short choir and conductor’s biography, photos (by e-mail)
- concert programme: for a full concert and for a half concert - composer´s and/or arranger‘s first name and surname, name of the composition (by e-mail)
- sound recording of the participating choir (2 pieces) not older than 1 year (by post)

Competition Pampa Canta

  • Each choir shall cover their transport, accommodation, catering costs out of their own means and other costs including bus drivers and their own choir guide.
  • The Registration Fee for Competition Pampa Canta per a choir is: 1 competition category for 250 EUR, each next one competition category 150 EUR.
  • The registration fee has to be paid upon dispatch of the application form. The given registration fee is not paid back in the case of cancellation of the application.

The Festival Package for 4-day stay in the festival is changeable according to the different type of hotel accommodation:

HOTEL PACKAGE
- for 350–500 USD per person

The Festival Package includes:
-
accommodation, ¨
-
half-board meal (breakfasts, dinners),
- performing in the festival concert and participation in all festival activities,
- a festival guide.

  • It is possible to order lunches. It is possible to order airport transfers to/from the airport.
  • The organizers will ensure the bus transportation from the airport to Tandil and each choir will cover it from its own means.
  • The organisers reserve the rights of ensuring accommodation and meal for the Festival participants. The organisers reserve the rights in connection with the use of video and audio recordings of the Festival activities.

Deadline for festival applications May 31, 2013

Applications should have enclosed:
- short choir biography, choir photo (by e-mail)
- competition programme - composer´s first name and surname, name of the composition and performance time (by e-mail)
- 1 copy of scores of the competition compositions (by post)
- confirmation about the payment of the festival registration fee; please make sure that organizers will receive the full amount stipulated as participation fee, any banking fees deducted and payable will be at the expense of the applicant

Concert Tour

  • The choir will not receive any income for the concert.
  • The choir will cover the bus transportation.
  • If the choir doesn´t agree with the accommodation in families or cheap hostels, the choir may pay the hotel accommodation.
  • The choir going to Concert Tour will attend the competition Pampa Canta 2013.
  • The choir will pay the fee for arranging the Concert Tour regarding to the length of the tour and services rendered.
